Welcome to Barbara Kraljevica 1, a comfortable apartment in Kraljevica, ideal for up to 6 guests and a relaxing stay by the coast. The apartment features two nice and spacious bedrooms with cosy beds and quality linens, along with a nicebathroom. The spacious living room offers a pleasant setting for unwinding, whether you're relaxing after a day at the beach or spending time with family and friends. The corner sofa can be used as a sleeping area, but we recommend it for two children. Up to two pets are welcome, so your four-legged companions can join you on your holiday. While there is no garage, one parking space is available on the property. In the same house, there is also a room with several exercise machines that you can use during certain hours. The location is convenient for exploring Kraljevica, with restaurants, shops, walking paths, and natural attractions all within easy reach. A shop is located next door. Bars and restaurants are situated on the coast line. Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
