A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.
