Villa is designed and build to fulfill needs of bigger groups or a big families who need more space for their love ones. Ville has two partitions where both partitions accommodate modern bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Villa has total of four bathrooms and one separate toilet. Outdoor has a lot of assets, some of them are children playground and a dog box. Main assets are barbecue, outdoor dinning area and a big swimming pool with sunbathing area. Warm holiday home in small quiet village Kostrena. Kostrena is famous of its history of capitans and sailors. Therefor, our house was home to many generations of seaman through 300 years of its existence but is fully renovated. Fully equiped kitchen, living room with sofa that can be converted into bed for 2 persons (135×200cm), diningroom. On the second floor there is 1 full bathroom and 2 bedroms. One bedroom with bed for one person (90×200cm) and other with bed for 2 persons (160×200cm).
