Quiet private backyard with fire pit (wood provided), patio heater, table and bbq. All under great shade trees in the summer. This home is very well suited for large groups and families. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.
