You have the entire home, front yard, fenced back yard, fenced courtyard with big mature shading maple and cherry trees. We just added a new gas fire place for maximum comfort .

Private entrance brand new construction! 500 sq. Ft apartment guest house with fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, 1 queen bed in private bedroom and 1 couch hide a bed in living room.
