Room Filip 4- OtočacSoba Filip 4 Otočac, se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući, 2 km udaljenoj od centra Otočca, 500 m od rijeke Gacke. U blizini se nalaze dva restorana. Ima veliko prostrano travnato dvorište, pogodno za djecu. Mogućnosti koje se pružaju u blizini za aktivan odmor su: iznajmljivanje quada ili vožnja kajakom po rijeci Gackoj, ribolov na rijeci Gackoj, vožnja biciklom... U kući se nalaze jos tri sobe za iznajmljivanje (Room Filip 1 i Room Filip 2 Room Filip 3). Soba ima centralno grijanje.
