Byzantine Home in the Castle

In 2022 the Byzantine home underwent a comprehensive reconstruction under the supervision of archaeologists. The original construction materials were meticulously used, preserving the structure of the home, which is a part of a castle built approximately 950 years ago.The main bedroom features queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed on an elevated wooden structure that was meticulously rebuilt to its original state. The other bedroom serves as a television room, equipped with a queen-sized mattress

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Μικρή τριώροφη οικία εντός του παραδοσιακού Μεσαιωνικού οικισμού των Πατρικών, που είναι ένα από τα Μαστιχοχώρια που παράγουν το μοναδικό προιόν της μαστίχας. Για το λόγο αυτό εσωτερικά έχει τη μορφή καστροχωρίου, κτισμένο επί Γενουατικής περιόδου. Το οίκημα στο οποίο σας καλούμαι να διαμείνεται ευρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού, μέσα σε γραφικά δρομάκια. Ο οικισμός με λίγους κατοίκους προσφέρει λόγω περίοπτης θέσης όπου ευρίσκεται την ευκαιρεία να γνωρίσεται πολλά άλλα μέρη πλησίον.

Traditional house in picturesque alleys of Kalamoti. Recently rebuilt and fully equipped, it uniquely combines the feeling of 14th century with the amenities of the 21st. It has two floors in the first of which you will find the dining room, living room, the kitchen and a bathroom whereas in the second you will find the 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Finally a stone built ladder leads to the spacious terrace where you can dine and relax by the stunning view of the village.

Kampos has recently been proclaimed by the Ministry of Culture as a historical site. The historical course of the village begins from the Byzantine times, where most of the mansions were built.
