Our home is close to everything you could desire; coffee shops, eateries, breweries, boutiques and a park with a paved walking trail. Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). To all our FOOTBALL FANS - we're a quick 5 miles to the stadium!

1 BD Cozy Suite in Knoxville

This new master suite is large and has all the amenities that you will need. King-sized sleigh bed with new mattress. Comfortable loveseat dual recliner. Forty-three inch Smart TV articulates for viewing from recliner or bed. Refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee, teas and hot chocolate. There is a Mr. Coffee, microwave oven, toaster, coffee cups. You just might find blueberry muffins or brownies in your suite. The 2nd bed is a rollaway w/ memory foam. It is smaller than a twin bed.

Ground level apartment in Historic Holston Hills. 700 sq. Ft. Suite with lg.living room and full kitchen. Large bedroom with king bed and new hybrid mattress. We use Pottery Barn bed/ bath linens. We offer a modern updated bathroom. Separate private driveway and keypad entry. Beautiful views and great walking neighborhood. Our suite is stocked with upscale hotel quality bed and bath linens and toiletries! We provide locally roasted coffee. Our goal is to provide a boutique hotel experience!

The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).
