Spring Brook Farm is located in the historic village of Schoharie, New York, thirty minutes from Albany. Walk our 140 acre farm that meanders along the Schoharie Creek. Rent kayaks in town, hike Vrooman’s Nose or just relax in our screened porch. Our farmhouse is handicap friendly including zero entry, first floor daybed and a first floor handicap bathroom. Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

We are looking for longer term stays and the price reflects that. Short term may be declined or a higher rate may be charged depending on length of stay. Let us know your needs! Feel free to ask any questions. Ideal for folks in town for longer stays. There is Laundry on the property in the basement of adjacent building not in this building. Please inquire about the door code and bring quarters and laundry soap. Laundry should only be done between 8am-8pm only.
