Welcome to Little House! This quaint cottage has been designed for luxurious comfort, with heated tile floors in the bathroom and bedroom spaces and a full kitchen. You’ll enjoy access to the gardens and blueberry barren where you are welcome to pick what’s in season to enjoy during your stay. Centrally located in Mid Coast Maine, we are the half way point between Portland and Bar Harbor. Just 20 minutes from Camden and Belfast and 25 minutes from the Common Ground fair and The Lost Kitchen.

Fox and Bird Retreat on Davis Stream

Our off-the-grid, solar-powered cottage is nestled within our 18 acres in the town of Washington, Maine. The cottage borders a beautiful stream, is surrounded by tall pines and is several hundred feet away from our home, providing a very private and serene experience. Guests can wander or snowshoe on our property, relax in the screen house next to the cottage or hang by the accessible fire pit. We are close to many local lakes and hiking trails and only 30 minutes from Camden & Rockland.

It sits on 260 feet of privately owned tidal salt water river frontage just miles upriver from the Atlantic Ocean. Great for a romantic get away or to reconnect and recharge. Spend your time on the shore or sight seeing in the near by towns of Rockland and Camden

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee from 8 am to 4 pm everyday! The Appleton Retreat is a short scenic drive to Belfast, Camden, Rockport and Rockland. Braeburn at The Appleton Retreat is down a 1/2 mile driveway, on 120 acres of private land, bordered by a 1,300 acre Nature Conservancy reserve. A 1/2 hour walk on a wooded trail leads to a large secluded pond. Braeburn feels like a treehouse, with expansive windows, overlooking woods and wildlife. Enjoy grilling on the screened in porch and indulge in your private therapeutic year round hot tub.

Our peaceful 16 acre wetland meadow/ wooded property is teeming with birds and wildlife, wild cranberries, and a short trail system making this a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature year round. Seasonal access to the St. George River and White Oak Pond, allow for paddling May to October. We are just 3.5 miles from historic Union Common, the oldest Common in Maine, and 1/2 mile from Beth's Farm Market, featuring baked goods, fresh produce, milk, and fall activities in season!

Ocean View Beach Loft Carriage House Lincolnville

This charming spot overlooking the bay is laid back and welcoming. Fully furnished, including linens, basic beach supplies —towels, chairs and umbrella. There is wi-fi and a Roku TV included (you will need your own streaming accounts), an air conditioner, and balcony with a view of Penobscot Bay. We strive to be an allergen free space so do not allow animals. We use all essential oil natural products (bleach disinfectant where needed) and natural laundry soap for our linens.

Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.
