Welcome to Fettes Farmhouse, a peaceful Highland retreat on the beautiful Black Isle. Just 10 minutes from Inverness and Beauly and 5 mins from the NC500, the farmhouse is an ideal base for exploring the Highlands while enjoying the quiet of the countryside. Perfect for two families or groups of up to 10 guests, with estate walks and frequent wildlife sightings, including red squirrels, osprey, roe deer and pine martens. After a day exploring, relax in the outdoor hot tub under the Highland sky.

The Wee Coorie

The Wee Coorie is a cosy retreat on our family croft in the Highlands, ideally located near the NC500. Surrounded by stunning countryside, enjoy scenic walks, rivers, cycling routes and abundant wildlife right on your doorstep. Ben Wyvis can be seen from the croft, a striking Munro offering popular walking routes and panoramic Highland views, with access just a short drive away. The Victorian village of Strathpeffer is nearby, offering great places to eat, local produce & freshly roasted coffee.

Waverley Chalet

This is a luxury chalet style self contained property in the peaceful village of Conon Bridge. It is eleven miles north of Inverness, near Dingwall, and is conveniently situated for tourist destinations north and west. The property has an open plan lounge, sleeping area, kitchen, and separate shower room. The gardens of the main house are available for your use and the secret garden is a wonderful place for a glass of wine or morning coffee. A welcome basket is also provided inc bottle of wine.

The Lodge, Nutwood House

The Lodge is the west wing of Nutwood House, a unique property, once the Factor’s House and part of the Earl of Cromartie estate. Situated in a beautiful, peaceful location on the edge of the Victorian Spa village of Strathpeffer, all amenities within 5 minutes walk. Magnificent views across the Peffery Valley. Private garden and many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking,fishing etc. Nearby places include the renown Rogie Falls.Great location and base to explore the Highlands.

Waterfront Farmhouse with Hot Tub by Loch Ness

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) Set in an historic Highland estate this secluded location has extensive, fully fenced gardens down to the canal and spectacular views to open countryside and the hills beyond. The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

Sealladh Dubh

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

Hawthorn Cottage - Peaceful Highland Retreat

Set in a quiet spot just outside the Highland village of Strathpeffer, Hawthorn Cottage sleeps 6 people across two double and one twin bedrooms, making it a delightful property that suits couples and families alike. Located just a short distance from the NC500 route that runs past Garve on the A835, the cottage is ideal for those looking for a base whilst they explore this scenic route around Scotland. From the moment you step in the door, Hawthorn Cottage feels homely and welcoming.

Beautifully Refurbished Woodland Cottage

The cottage lies in secluded woodland accessing wonderful walks around Loch Ussie and views of magnificent Ben Wyvis. Downstairs the cosy cottage has a super kingsize master bed with ensuite and a modern kitchen with induction hob. The original byre extension has been converted into a fantastic living room with high coombed ceiling and a woodburning stove. Upstairs there is a double room, a twin room and a second bathroom. All rooms are beautifully warmed by underfloor heating.

Welcome to our new cabin retreat sited just at the start of the NC500 within perfect reach of many of the North of Scotland's outstanding locations just a day trip away why not base your self in our quiet rural spot set in the stunning Ross-Shire country side. Also we are only a 20 minute drive from the Traitors Castle made famous on the BBC. The cabins are designed for two adults and two children, space on sofa bed is restrictive for two adults.

Kinkell Castle Cottage

Kinkell cottage is quite simply, perfect. A special, romantic one bed cottage that holds so much character and charm, guests never want to leave. The property sits at the foot of Kinkell Castle, an enchanting building that has been lovingly restored, making it a view in itself to enjoy while sipping on your morning cuppa from the front of the cottage. While the castle is close, it's un-intrusive and the cottage feels incredibly private.

The Cottage, Strathpeffer

This beautiful cottage is set in private gardens in the centre of Strathpeffer, a village steeped in history and famed for its spa waters in Victorian times. The Cottage was originally a doctors surgery in the early 1900's, then In the mid century was a tea room. Since that time it has been a private home. The perfect place to stay whilst exploring the highlands or driving some of the NC500.
