A konyha fel van szerelve: hűtő, tűzhely, páraelszívó, kávéfőző, kotyogó, kenyérsütő, edények. Tutajos Beach strand 100 méter, Tokaj 1.8 km. A ház klímás, összkomfortos, felszerelt konyhával, az udvaron van filagória, sörpad, szabadtéri sütésre ,főzésre van lehetőség , trambulin, autó beállási lehetőség. .
