This single storey dog friendly cottage, comfortably sleeps 2 and has the use of a large garden. You’ll love Great Salkeld with its excellent village pub, ancient church and its many countryside walks. The village is set in the tranquil Eden Valley, close to the river Eden. Just 10 miles from the Lake District National Park, it makes an ideal base from which to explore this stunning region.

Peaceful and self-contained, but just across the courtyard from our Victorian farmhouse, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a well-equipped kitchen and wifi. The property is set on a smallholding in a picturesque Cumbrian village at the bottom of Hartside pass.
