No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

*for August we accept 4-Night minimum stay only* Spacious, elegant property less than 100 meters from the beach/promenade connecting Kirkley to Pakefield. 2 sitting rooms, large kitchen/dining area and 7 beds which can accommodate up to 12 people. The property is a short walk to the high street where you'll find lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs and express super markets with a newsagent or two. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.
