"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

The Cabin on Moose River Farmstead

Picture yourself relaxing and enjoying the countryside and quiet woods around you in this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom! This is a private log and timber frame cabin on our conserved tree farm, nestled in the woods along a woodland stream. Close to Burke Mountain and the Kingdom Trails, and the Great North Woods of NH. Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. Waterfront! Hot tub & dock with kayaks on private lake. Enjoy the Hot Tub, fire table & bright cottage with Japanese soaking tub, (small) +fast wifi. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Follow trails through forest & meadow to the nearby Gold Mine Trail. The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary! This is more than a stay; it is an escape with miles of trails and a private pond waiting for you to explore.

The Kirby Hideaway

Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

Russell's Cabin

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.
