Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This is my guest house it is kind of small but it has three full size bunk beds in it and can sleep up to 12 has 50 gallon hot water tank. Lake is within walking distance and the marina is one half mile from the house. With plenty of parking. I don't know why it says one guest but you can have up to 12 people sleep in it
