The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. Nestled into the woodland above North Sands beach, visitors to Salcombe have a unique opportunity to stay in a property that has been an iconic fixture for generations. The house offers a stylish lounge, a games/ TV room and an elegant dining room. There is plenty of outside space to enjoy, coffee on the patio, hide and seek amongst the trees or lunch on the lawn.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

2 Belle Cottages is a lovely Victorian cottage retaining much of its original character. The property provides a comfortable and enjoyable holiday experience, perfect for couples. The cottage is in a lovely quiet spot in Kingsbridge within easy walking distance of the town centre. and close to some of the best beaches in the UK. Kingsbridge is a busy little town and you may not get parking outside the cottage. The bedroom has a super king bed which can be divided into two singles.
