Treetops

This luxury cottage is perfect for a holiday in the lovely Cornish village of Cawsand. Sleeping up to six in three bedrooms, Treetops offers a large living area downstairs with a well equipped kitchen opening onto a three tiered garden area with plenty of outside space to relax. There is wifi and a dedicated home office facing the garden if you need to do some work whilst you are away. We have spent many wonderful years enjoying Treetops: we hope you will enjoy a lovely holiday in our cottage!

Our old fisherman's cottage has been in the family for over 400 years. It backs onto the beach, has uninterrupted views out to sea and the waves lapping against the back of the house at high tide. It's an old cottage and therefore has some quirks such as every floor being on a different level! As such, it's not suitable for children or those with mobility issues. We keep rooms in the lower basement area but a separate entrance ensures no disturbance. Guests cannot use the Rayburn or wood fire.

There are foodie pubs within 200 yds and two sandy/pebble safe beaches with clear rockpools. Kingsand is in Cornwall's beautiful forgotten corner - a ferry hop from Plymouth.

Beach House

Beach house is a Georgian family house dating back to 1784. Situated in the historic fishing village of Kingsand, this is a truly unique Cornish experience. It has recently been fully renovated to include 4 new bathrooms, a kitchen and utility room. The house sleeps 8 people in 4 double bedrooms with flexibility for a twin room on the top floor. Little Islet - a fabulous cottage on the sea

This beautiful and unique beachside cottage could not be any closer to the sea, you can sit with your morning coffee and have a chat with the swimmers out of the window! Little Islet has panoramic sea views across Plymouth Sound, and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the beach. This house was previously used as the green room for the movie 'Mr Turner', whilst also serving as a residence for lead actor Timothy Spall! We recommend 4 adults & 2 children, or maximum 6 adults.

The studio apartment is a 1 room space with private access and its own bathroom. A small outside area is also provided. It is just 200 meters walk to the beach. This space is ideal for couples looking for a quite getaway. Cawsand and the local area has lots to explore. Dogs are welcome too. Please note- There is a slope and 9 steps up to the studio from the road.
