Quaint fisherman’s cottage, the closest house to the beach on Beach Road! Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

We provide deck chairs, wind breaks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar. We share with guests all our toys and games, including buckets & spades, cricket, rounders, boules and more. Perfect accommodation for a family holiday by the beach. My property has a large garden with a patio and a private hot tub. It has parking for 3 cars and a barbecue. All bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets all downstairs. Linen and towels are provided. As well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a welcome pack on arrival.
