The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Situated on a working farm in the heart of Highland Perthshire, Burnside Lodge is a well equipped, comfortable and cosy log cabin built in the traditional Norwegian style with a turf roof, a log burning stove and an expansive deck. The lodge has a view of Ben Vrackie and overlooks a burn running through the garden to the River Garry. It is ideally placed for retreat and relaxation or active exploration of Scotland, and is in “Big Tree Country” on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park.
