Tucked away in the tranquil Mida Forest, our pretty one bedroom cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature. A hideaway designed for guests who want to experience the beauty of Watamu at their own pace - wake up to birdsong, sip coffee on the verandah and wander through the mangroves, along the creek or on the beautiful white beaches. We are one of only a few houses with a private gate onto a path with direct access to the creek for SUPs, kayaks and swimming. You will love it here!

Tower House *Ushawishi* Kilifi

Ushawishi Kilifi is a rustic 2-bedroom little boutique tower house gem, tucked away in the serene & beautiful Kilifi. Ushawishi is just a 5 min walk from the serene red brick beach on Kilifi creek. It is the perfect place to escape and relax. It is self catering & self service. If you want to hire a chef in during your stay let me know in advance to book him (subject to availability) at an extra cost. We have a strickt NO PARTY policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Guests must love dogs.

Isana House, or "House of the Rising Sun", was designed in a Swahili-style and is positioned to catch the north-east as well as south-east breezes, depending on the time of the year. It is furnished comfortably in an uncluttered & simple style, with locally-made Swahili/East African furniture. Each bedroom has its own sea facing verandah and our local team (a chef, 2 maids & a gardener) live on site or nearby - the Chef will cook to your requests and make your stay memorable. It’s one large open-planned room is perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway or an individual in need of an escape into Nature. With a separate kitchen and toilet/shower room which all sit in its own compound within the walls of the ‘Bulloch House’ property but is completely private and secure. A two minute walk to the Beach and a 15 minute drive to Salty's for Kitesurfing and cocktails.

Ideal for couples and friends. A 15 minute walk from Salty's Beach Bar, 2 minute walk from Kilifi Bay Hotel. Unsuitable for small kids due to the stairs and balcony.
