Talon päädyssä erillinen sauna Keittiössä kaikki ruoan laittoon tarvittavat välineet sekä mm jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, kahvinkeitin, induktioliesi, uuni, astianpesukone. keittiö saarekkeessa astiat ja aterimet. kylpyhuoneessa suihku, wc ja pesukone. Koko talossa vesikiertoinen lattia lämmitys ja koneellinen ilmanvaihto. Tässä kohteessa mahdollisuus nähdä upeita revontulia ja auringon laskuja.

Saunatupa 2 + 2 vierasta

Tervetuloa yöpymään tässä uudehkossa, rauhallisessa saunatuvassa. Täällä voit rentoutua pehmeissä puusaunan löylyissä sekä yöpyä viihtyisässä tuvassa. Saunatupa on yhteensä 26m2. Tuvan puolella on parisänky, levitettävä sohva kahdelle, pieni pöytä ja jääkaappi sekä kahvinkeitin. Lisäksi kylpyhuone/wc, sauna ja terassi. Terassilla kaasugrilli. Welcome to relax and enjoy nature’s beauty in the peaceful retro home. The landscape changes by the four seasons: in winter the house is surrounded by snow, in spring the flowers appear, in summer the greenery and berries, and in autumn the leaves turn colourful. The house is between a river and forest. It is decorated in light and blue colours; sunny yellow dishes add a colorful touch. The large living room windows open to the south, and the sun shines on the yard and porch all day long.

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Omakotitalon päädyssä oleva yksiö toisessa kerroksessa. Ovessa koodilukko. Kohde sijaitsee Oulun Pohjois- puolella moottoritien varrella Oulun Ideapark:n läheisyydessä. Asunnossa parisänky sekä vuodesohva Karup design (koko 140x200). Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu mm. induktioliesi sekä integroitu tiskikone, jääkaappi ja pakastin. Kahvin-, ja vedenkeitin sekä mikroaaltouuni löytyvät aamiaiskaapista. Pesukone kylpyhuoneessa. Lemmikit lisämaksusta. Ilmainen pysäköinti.

Idyllic cottage by the lake

Taikaloora cottage is an idyllic and cozy cottage on the shore of Lake Oulujärvi in Finland. It lies a short walk away from the ameneties of Vaala's town center. The cottage includes a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and an open bedroom. Just beside the cottage is an idyllic lakeside sauna with amazing view to the Lake Oulujärvi. NOTE: Cleaning fee of 90,- will be charged if the guests don't clean the cottage to the same condition it was while arriving.

Persoonallinen pieni asunto

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
