The neighborhood backs up to the Botanical Gardens with trails to access it. 1.4 mi to Death Valley, LittleJohn Coliseum, Doug Kingsmore Stadium & Historic Riggs Field. 3.7 mi to Seneca Creek Rd Boat Ramp & Lake Hartwell for fishing tournaments. 8 mi to Lake Keowee in Seneca. Mountain biking, hiking, sporting events, fine dining & boating all only minutes away. And some of the best people you will ever meet.

A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.
