Called “Slipper Rock” in memory of Bessie Lakes, an elderly lady that lived on farm many years ago. She could be heard laughing while playing in the stream that runs by the cabin. She called the stream “Slipper Rock”. The newly built cabin sits on 15 acres. Numerous hiking trails & horseback riding trails. Some trails in Daniel Boone National Forest. Bring your own horses. Adorable two bedroom with new mattress on sleeper sofa and cot capable of sleeping 6, one bath, located on a farm. Lots of wildlife. Beautiful country scenery. Located ten minutes from Natural Bridge State Park and the Red river gorge and Hollerwood ATV Park. Lot of room to park vehicles and atv's. Just sit on porch or in hot tub and relax. No 4x4 vehicle needed for access to cabin. Please clean up after your pets in the yard. We have supplies for pet clean up on porch.

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
