A peaceful retreat, located at the serene southern end of the island. Our much loved family home, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths( Bunkhouse offers two bedrooms with beds for 7). Watch the sun rise over the water, while listening to the gulls. A short 3/4 mile walk from beautiful Deep Cove beach. Seasonally, for guests with larger parties, we have just finished our bunkhouse, for an additional fee. Offering beds for 7 and an a generous living space, while sharing the facilities with the house.

Brier Island is a magical getaway where the ocean meets the sky and the whales & birds abound. Your one of a kind, self contained suite offers everything you need, plus parking & a private deck with a fire table & BBQ. The ocean is across the street where the whale watching boats dock. Close by is the general store & restaurant. This small island is filled with peaceful relaxation & exciting adventures. The great room offers 180 degrees of spectacular scenery from Swallowtail lighthouse to Great Duck island. The master bedroom is equipped with a king and queen bed. Historically used to house cannery workers , this renovated cottage is centrally located yet quiet and private with its own beach access. Spectacular views across Johnsons and Cobscook Bays to Eastport and beyond. The sweet cottage is close to the restaurants intown, the bridge to Campabello, many beaches and the myriad of hiking trails. Open sleeping loft with a queen and twin bed. Extra sleeping option for one child on futon on first floor. Kitchen has new appliances but no oven.
