House Rules WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN STATE Bookings! No smoking, no dogs, no parties and no commercial photography. The apartment has its own entry. We live in the upper 1st and 2nd story. Internal stairway locked both sides. There is a whole house water filter, we have very clean water on every faucet (Drinking water). We have dual twin memory foam beds and a huge sectional couch. Some amenities pool table, ping pong. This way our wall stays clean and painted.

Double Futon on main lvl will sleep on more comfortably. 1 mile walk to Kennesaw State University, and a short drive to downtown Kennesaw. Parks, hiking, shopping and great restaurants just minutes away! Two parking spots in front of townhouse and more in the open area. Easy access to I-75/I-575. Braves stadium is only 26 miles away. Atlanta Airport is 35 miles away. Ruby Falls 94 miles north.
