This charming house allows you to enjoy the picturesque natural surrounds. The house is old and far from perfect! The bathroom is the original. There is a King bedroom with TV, a Queen bedroom, and a bunk bed bedroom (double bed on bottom/single top). The fourth bed is a comfortable Queen Size Sofa Bed, located in the lounge, which can be partitioned off from the rest of the house via block out blinds. Outdoor firepit area with wood is supplied Undercover fire table unavailable for use.

Kenilworth River Oaks on the Mary - pet friendly

River Oaks is joined to acres of dairy farming land and overlooks a horse stud across the river with direct access to the Mary River. We are located in a small riverfront laneway with just 3 properties, and yet just a 4 min drive to the village of Kenilworth. Children, adults and pets have a fabulous time spreading out on the river front lawns and accessing the river for swims, kayaking or fishing. Or just sit beside the outdoor (or indoor) fire and relax and unwind while the family play.

Welcome to our family farm, Daisy Dale. We are very privileged to care for and look after this magical property, in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, halfway between Maleny and Kenilworth. Daisy Dale is a working farm, we cater for old dairy cows, the old dears help to keep our grass down. We are eager to work with the land, encouraging native and bee friendly fauna so to serve man and nature. A rare place to experience no light pollution and the best coffee and food at walking distance!

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Saint Bernard’s etc.) is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.

The dwelling is 1.7 km from picturesque Imbil and 10 km from the well-known Borumba Lake where opportunities for boating, fishing, 4WD are endless. This 5-acre property is replenished with diverse vegetation and landscapes.
