The park is a great place for bird watching, walking, jogging, bike riding and fishing. We are only minutes away from Randolph AFB and historic Main St. Cibolo with unique dining and weekend entertainment options. The cottage is a 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio, New Braunfels or Fort Sam Houston. Owners live next door.

The Historic Proctor-Green House

The Proctor-Green House is a distinctive late-Victorian home, built in 1892 and beautifully restored in 2013. Camping at it's best. It's not fancy but it's peaceful. 3/2 Mobile home on site. Stocked fishing pond on prop. (catfish, bluegil, bass). Catch a bass over 12 in. and a cat over 16 in. You can keep. We have 9 ac. on high ground. There is also a golf cart on property. ATv's are allowed. Great for family get togethers. You can fish, swim, bbq, or hang out around the fire and watch the sun set. Jacuzzi on property.
