Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

Space saver stairs lead to a cozy loft above the kitchen with a twin bed and an upper loft with a private queen. Savor coffee from a French Press, Keurig K-cups or drip brew in a fully stocked kitchen. Unwind in the unique shower with plush towels, shampoo, and body wash. A full laundry is yours... Modern A-Frame Cabin - Luxury in a small and efficient package. You will love this tiny living experience. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood with all the conveniences of Seward close by - but far enough out of town to enjoy some nature. There are other rental properties but we have taken great efforts to make each unit feel private. Creek bed access is minutes from your door. Designed for two people but up to three guests can be accommodated with a queen bed and a twin sized trundle.
