Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Renfro's Lakeside Retreat Cabins

Nestled in the heart of the Kenai Mountains, Renfro's Lakeside Retreat is located on emerald green Kenai Lake. Renfro's offers five unique cabins which are located on the lake. Renfro's offers spectacular views of huge snow capped mountains and a 30-mile long lake. This pristine retreat has the feel of true wilderness and yet is located only 20 miles from Seward. This means you are within driving distance of the activities people want to see and experience while on the Kenai Peninsula.

McKenzie Place #1

McKenzie Place is located 5 minutes from Anchorage International Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown and 5 minutes from Midtown area. This Two Bedroom plus Loft (please read additional information for loft) is situated 1 block from the world famous Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that hugs the coastline of the Cook Inlet with beautiful views of the water, Anchorage skyline with moose and other Alaska animals that live in the area. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

Trade traffic for still water. Our lakefront home on the Kenai Peninsula puts world-class salmon fishing, hiking, and true Alaskan wilderness in your sights. Then welcomes you back with a crackling wood stove, a lakeside fire pit under the Alaskan sky, and 4 bedrooms + 2.5 baths for plenty of room with your group. Cook your meals in the kitchen, check in with keypad entry, and wake to loons on the water. We are happy to share the cabin experience on your next or returning adventure!

Heart of Homer on Beluga Lake: Upstairs

Located in the Heart of Homer on Beluga Lake. Wonderful bird watching on the deck. Watch float planes land and take off the lake. Walking distance to brewery & farmers market. Bike into town, or along the Homer Spit trail. Upper unit with luxurious accommodations. High ceiling, queen size bed. Cozy interior design. Outside private seating overlooking Beluga Lake. 2 guest limit. There is a shared lower deck with a gas fire place. Rental of Lower Unit/ whole property is available.

Northwoods Getaway (borders Captain Cook Park)

This getaway home borders thousands of acres of raw untouched lands in Captain Cook Park, which abounds with recreational opportunities. Simply walk out the door for a true nature hike in the woods, along streams and lakes in a vast expanse of wilderness. Fishing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, beach combing, cross-country skiing, snowmachine riding and so much more! Public boat launch nearby. Explore the shoreline of Cook Inlet, which boasts the second largest tides in the world.

Shackleford Creek Mountain House

Shackleford Creek Mountain House is a special place where we join family and friends to explore the mountains, lakes, rivers and trails that are in the Cooper Landing area. We are situated a mile from the town center where multiple fish and river guides base their operations. Fishing, hiking and mountain biking trails are all within minutes of the house. The design of the house is open and well suited for couples and families with kids older than three.

The Villetta Get-A-Way

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Embedded amongst the trees and quietness of nature, this dome cabin is cozy, secluded and perfect for 2 people. with great views of the stary night this walk to cabin is designed for complete peace. Sitting on 13 acres its the last cabins before no mans land of hundreds of acres. Open to explore or snuggle inside near the fire to stay warm. You will fall in love with this place for sure.

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Long term rental stays are for winter months only. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

Eagle Landing - Riverview Cabin With Hot Tub

This incredible log home features a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath in the loft. The downstairs area includes three queen beds and a convenient half bath with a washer and dryer. The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy living room. The six bar stools around the kitchen bar and the six-person dining table provide ample space for entertaining up to twelve guests.
