Kohde sopii parhaiten Lapin luonnon, historian ja hiljaisuuden ystävälle, joka ei pelkää talvella pimeää eikä kesällä sääskiä. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Tervetuloa Piilopirttiin, tunnelmalliseen hirsimökkiin Napapiirillä, Kemijärven rannalla, 7 km päässä Suomutunturista. Mökki sijaitsee isolla tontilla ja siitä on avarat näkymät järvelle ja vaaramaisemiin. Kylältä pääsee lossilla upealle hiekkarannalle. Hiihtoladut Suomutunturilla. mutta pihalta voi lähteä järven jäälle hiihtämään. Kalastajalle Kemijärvi tarjoaa runsaita saaliita. Marjat aivan mökin nurkalla odottavat poimijoita.

Welcome to stay on our local reindeer farm. The ensuite guesthouse is located in our courtyard by the beautiful (Raudanjoki) riverbank. Forrest starts just outside the premises so leave the noise and lights of the city behind and come to enjoy the peace and quiet. Some of our reindeers live by the courtyard, we have winter walking track nearby forest and a perfect location for spotting the northern lights.

Traditional Finnish cottage

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
