Kefalas gehört zur Region Apokoronas, einem Hochplateau zwischen den schönen Städten Chania und Rhetimnon, den beiden Hauptstädten der gleichnamigen Bezirke. Die Wohnung „Belina“ ist 2023 fertig gestellt worden und erweitert das Ensemble von drei vorhanden Wohnungen, die an einen geräumigen Innenhof mit Pool und verschiedenen Sitz - und Liegemöglichkeiten grenzen, inkl. neuer Dachterrasse.

There is a brand new bathroom with a shower, a fitted kitchen and a dining area. The view from the window and the balcony is amazing

Asteri cottage is an open plan, bijou and beautifully designed one bedroom cottage. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.

The single space, living room and kitchen are comfortable enough to spend most of the day relaxing on the big TV, or reading a book.
