Elaiodentron eco House

(Eleó–then–dron) comes from the classical Greek word for the olive tree. A modern eco-friendly stone-built retreat, set in a private olive grove using regenerative farming, just 2 km from the sea, surrounded by olives, pines and cedars, with views of Ha Gorge. The area is known for its natural beauty, biodiversity, hiking trails, gastronomy and rich archaeological heritage. The house is easily accessible, with nearby towns like Ierapetra and Agios Nikolaos, traditional villages and many beaches.

Efthimia's house

Efthimia's house is a traditional stone house situated in the old neighborhood of Kavousi village, between the two byzantine churches of Saint George and Twelve Apostles. The history of this house includes a true love story and marriage during the years of the 1 rst World War of my Great-granparents Efthimia and Michalis. About 100 years later my fother and i decided to restore and renovate this traditional house with much love and respect and to offer a real Cretan experience to our guests.

Located in the center of Kavousi village, a traditional 18th century Cretan home restored and renovated with respect to its original form. Two separate rooms, kitchen and bedroom with bath, connected through a small yard, like most homes in Cretan villages used to be. It offers all modern facilities and comfortably accommodates 2 people, while larger families and groups can rent upon request our independent neighbouring home. Ideal for all seasons and for both sea and mountain lovers.

Το σπίτι μου είναι στο Καβούσι , ένα ομορφο γραφικό χωριό κτισμενο σε υψόμετρο 140 μέτρων, στους πρόποδες του υψώματος Αφέντης του Όρους Θρυπτής και βρίσκεται επί της οδού Αγίου Νικολάου - Σητείας. Απέχει 17 χιλιόμετρα από την Ιεράπετρα, 24 χιλιόμετρα από τον Άγιο Νικόλαο και 40 χιλιόμετρα από την Σητεία. Το παλιό καφενείο του παππού έγινε ο ιδανικός χωρος διομονής στο όμορφο και ειδυλιακό αυτό χωριό σε μια ησυχη γειτονιά προσφέροντας μοναδικές συνθήκες γαλήνης .

Breathtaking View-Tranquility-SotirAli Stone House

Perfectly located in the adjoining field to the village of Myrsini, "Sotir Ali Stone House" is a beautiful stone built farmhouse that is perched among olive groves, overlooking the gulf of Mirabello. It is built on the exact same spot of an older lodging, a "magatze" as we call it here, that served our family during the olive's harvest. The name of the olive groves around the house is Sotirali and may be a corruption of the Turkish name "Sotir Αli".
