Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Villa Nr 1 is composed of two small houses. The first house is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house and the second house is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom house and they both share the pool. They are 20 meters apart. Both are independent and fully equipped including kitchen with dishwasher, living room and external resting area. The villa is near Kalogria beach in the picturesque village of Stoupa. Amazing sea and olive grove views will relax and enhance your senses. Ideal for 2 families with kids.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

Sea stone villa is located right above the sea, in a truly unique setting offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the endless blue. A private staircase from the house leads directly down to a small, quiet beach, giving you easy and exclusive access to the sea whenever you wish. The soothing sound of the waves and the feeling of being just steps from the water create the perfect atmosphere for complete relaxation.

Villa "Galini" in Proastio Kardamili

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.

A stone house built in 1874, where it was completely renovated in 2006 with earthy materials. It is 15 km west of the center of Sparta. A Sunny house, with respect to tradition, made of stone and wood that will surprise you during your stay. Unbeatable view of Taygetos mountain. Eclectic and secluded stone family semi-detached house by the sea. Ideally located villa both close to Kardamyli (200m) and also private. The house is located within an large garden overlooking the sea. A small local beach nearby makes this a perfect place to enjoy all west Mani has to offer. Can sleep 4 adults and one additional adult on the sofa or extra bed in the large bedroom. Two bedrooms and two baths.

Eirini's house

The property is located in a quite neighborhood in Prosilio village (West Mani; check location section). The stone house has been recently restored and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfort stay throughout the year. Private parking, air conditioning covering all spaces, fully equipped kitchen and electric appliances are provided in order to accommodate comfortably 4 persons.
