Once reservation is confirmed, a detailed checkin guide will be sent to you showing you how to get to the accommodation and location of your room key. Check-in time is anytime after 16:00. Check-out time is anytime before 11:00. Check-out time is 11AM. Please make sure to check out by 11AM or you may be charged ¥7000 for a late check-out fee. Please ask me about leaving luggage before checkin or after checkout for that may be possible depending on cleaning schedule. Please checkout leaving the keys inside the room and leaving the door unlocked. This room is completely NO-SMOKING. However, the balcony area is OK to smoke (ashtray provided). Fukuoka City laws requires all rooms to have cameras at the entrance of the room. Please understand that this is only at the entrance and that your privacy is fully respected. For those on extended stays: daily cleaning service is not available, towels will usually not be swapped (please utilize washing machine).
