The courtyard is dominated by a heated outdoor private pool with salt water(from 01.May-15.October).There is a covered terrace where you can enjoy the time next to the pool. The villa is settled in quiet neighborhood , 80 meters from the beach.

Dear guests, Welcome to the Villa Olive Garden. This is our third year of renting our Villa. Relax with the your family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Swimming pool and house are new. Builded third year ago. Pool is private, not shared with anyone and its heated pool. There is lounge area around pool- nicely decorated pool outdoor furniture , open air shower and grill area. Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.
