Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Ihr werdet die schöne Maisonette mit Blick über die Gebirge von Gorski Kotar lieben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2019 neu gebauten und ruhig gelegenen „kvanerska-vila“. Sie verfügt über eine gute Autobahn- und Busanbindung (z.B. um Opatija, die Plitvica Seen oder das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen). Zum Strand benötigt man mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Gut geeignet für reiselustige Familien, Pärchen und Geschäftsleute. Kommunikation fließend in englisch, kroatisch und deutsch.

Uz privatnu saunu, uživat ćete u vrhunskom komforu i luksuzu. Volosko has a beautiful port, many restaurants, bars and galleries. Volosko is also the start of a great walking area by the sea - the Promenade of king Francis Joseph I. Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.
