Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

This is a beautiful little traditional fisherman's lodge in the most picturesque spot on the island. It offers a double bed on a raised wooden platform in traditional style, a bunk bed, private bathroom and fully functioning kitchen. The sea is just five meters from the room so you can listen to the waves lap on the shore as you sleep. This is a quiet neighbourhood so it is ideal for a couple or family with up to two children.

Angie's little studio

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
