Η «Αμφιτρίτη», είναι μία παραδοσιακή πέτρινη αναπαλαιωμένη κατοικία, που βρίσκεται στο μώλο του Νέου Οιτύλου Λακωνίας. Απέχει μόλις 200μ από την παραλία και τα μαγαζιά του χωριού. Απολαύστε το ηλιοβασίλεμα ακριβώς μπροστά από τη θάλασσα. Amphitrite is a traditional stonehouse home, which is located in front of the small port of Neo Oitilo Lakonia. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Exquisitely Restored 18th Century Tower House

Welcome to Fameliti Casa Torre! Enjoy your stay in our fully restored family tower house built back in 1790 which can comfortably host up to 10 guests. Tower houses are the emblems of Mani. Stone strongholds that thrust from the rocky land as if to strike the sky itself. Their height was directly related to their defensive ability, but also to the rank and social position of the family to which they belonged. Their construction drew inspiration from Byzantine fortification architecture.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
