Nous vous accueillons au cœur de la campagne Creusoise dans une maison typique, entièrement rénovée. La maison est au milieu de chênes centenaires, le parc est clôturé pour la sécurité de vos enfants Vous pourrez profiter de sa piscine hors sol de sa terrasse, de son terrain de pétanque de son trampolin. Idéalement bien placé pour la randonnée,et les balades . Nous nous situons à 3 km de l'autoroute A20 dans l'axe Paris Toulouse Nous sommes à 7 km de La Souterraine, comprenant,tous commerces.

Vous pourrez venir vous y détendre ou bien même venir y travailler en télétravail en profitant de la wifi. Cuisine équipée, vous pourrez également y préparer de très bons petits plats. There is a choice of bars & restaurants. A selection of shops including a small supermarket, 2 boulangeries, butchers, florist and pharmacy. A beautiful lake with a small beach only a short walk away. It offers numerous activities including picturesque walks, fishing and during summer, aqua sports & bar/restaurant.

Traditional spacious house in pretty village

Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.
