Close to the airport and Easton, this is a perfect spot to disconnect from busy life, unwind, read a book, connect with nature, or enjoy the local winery next door. Private apartment built into the back of a maker's shop with access to 4 acres of beautiful grounds including a shaded gazebo nestled in the orchard, relaxing hammock, tire swing, firepit, 16 foot wind art sculpture, outdoor shower, and a private porch to enjoy it all!

The Village Farmhouse

Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.

Situated on a scenic hill in a wooded country setting, it’s like waking up in a state park every morning. Just 20 minutes East of Columbus in Alexandria, Oh. Forget the city noise and enjoy wooded hiking trails just outside your door. This apartment has its own private driveway and entrance and is totally separate from our space. Bedroom has a queen bed, and sofa in livingroom as a pull-out queen bed. 12 min from the Morrow County Fairgrounds. 8 min to Cardinal Shooting Center. 30 min to Columbus, and 38 min to John Glenn International Airport. No pets allowed. There are currently no horses living on the farm.
