PLEASE READ ALL: This is not your typical rental! It’s created for family fun and up to 6-8 guests. This 1,800 sq. ft. home is located on Johnson City’s east side, just minutes from Jonesborough, ETSU, the Med-Tech corridor and Bristol, baby! Comfort was our primary consideration with thoughtfully selected brand-new mattresses, furniture and a well-stocked kitchen. This house is equipped for FUN with a pool table, air hockey, ping-pong, and video arcade. HVAC system was replaced in July 2025.

I occasionally swing by to do linens for this Airbnb and one other that I have when it turns, and the basement is completely separated from the house with its own exterior door for access.

We are also pet friendly, with plenty of yard to let them play while you enjoy the mountain scenery! The living room has a couch with a queen pull out bed, and the back room also has a pull out futon bed for more guests! The master bathroom has a walk in shower. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
