Five minute walk to Lees-McRae College. Dogs & cats allowed, maximum limit of 2, under 40lbs. Must be clean, nails trimmed, no fleas, well behaved & not bark excessively. $25.00 per pet per day fee.

Free wifi, 55-inch smart TV, electric fireplace, loft bedroom with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, equipped kitchen, and amenity fob to access the clubhouse’s pool and hot tub. No A/C, but cool nights and screens allow for mountain breezes.

We love this location because it is so close to where we work, live and play. The blue and gold décor theme is inspired by our love for the ETSU campus and community. The condo is located less than a minute drive from campus where you can attend a Broadway play at the ETSU Martin Center or cheer on the football team at Greene Stadium.
