It is a 1/2 mi from the Coffey County Courthouse, the Outdoor Aquatic Center, and town center; 1 blk from disc golf/exercise mini course; and 13 mi from the Wolfcreek power plant. The house is located in prime deer and waterfowl hunting area. Off a dirt road, the property is peaceful and has room for boats or several vehicles. Pomona Lake offers great fishing and boating and a wonderful beach to sit relax and soak up the sun.

The house is located down a dead-end. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.
