Het appartement is gelegen in Calle Salmonete, op wandelafstand (2-3min) van het centrum van het 5* golf resort. Er zijn verschillende restaurants aanwezig, bars, een supermarkt, golf,-tennis, -padel en voetbalterrein, speeltuigen en zwembaden. Er is ook een ondergrondse privéparking voorzien en is voor mindermobile personen gemakkelijk te bereiken met een lift. Alle keukengerief is voorzien, wasmachine, vaatwas, microgolfoven, oven, strijkplank + ijzer, handdoeken, tv's met chromecast en wifi.

Geniet op je privé terras met prachtig uitzicht van de zonsondergang, lees een boek in de schaduw van de bomen of neem een verkoelende duik in het zwembad.

El Cacto ligt in het prachtige La Torre Golf Resort gelegen tussen de citrus - en palmbomen, op minder dan 20 minuten rijden van de dichtsbijzijnde stranden en de steden Murcia en Cartagena. Je geniet hier van vrijheid, zon, sport, zwembad, lekker eten en mooie natuur. Een ideale vakantieplek voor het gezin of met vrienden. Speel een potje tennis, padel, tafeltennis of golf. Geniet op het terras en aanschouw de zonsondergangen, lees een boek in de schaduw van de bomen aan één van de zwembaden.

Luxury Penthouse Madreselva 62-29

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.
