This newly renovated, private downstairs unit is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Sanctuary Point. The property backs onto a native bush reserve with numerous walking tracks to see the many kangaroos , abundance of bird life and Cockrow Creek. The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. The property is well fenced and dog friendly.

Teds is cosy & well equipped with all your basic needs including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing powder, shampoo, condition & body wash. The lounge does fold out to a double bed. Two bedroom house close to Vincentia shops and Collingwood Beach. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park are nearby. House is on a large block with lawns. Guests must provide their own sheets and towels. The house is comfortable for up to four people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, heating/cooling, internet and lounge area with smart TV. The backyard is secure and contains a patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
