This is a beautiful, brand-new cabin in a quiet wooded setting with nature trails in historic Mesopotamia, Ohio. We are about 45 minutes from Youngstown and Cleveland. Amenities include coffee, tea, juice, soda, cereals, snacks, pancake mix, and even maple syrup gathered in our own local woods. Relax and unwind at the end of the day in our whirlpool for two. Or sit on the porch and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of nature. Continental breakfast only. Outdoor campfire with firewood provided.

CONSTRUCTION IS GOING ON NEXT TO THE CABIN!! Welcome to our Lakeside Retreat! Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath getaway located next to Saybrook Park in a cabin community. Only a 5 minute drive to GOTL, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Short drive to many local wineries. Window air conditioner in the bedroom! Walkway to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! Community gazebos. Laundry facilities available.

A quaint cowboy decor room on a working horse farm . Great over night room in the country but minutes from town. Full bathroom, fridge, microwave queen size bed. . Rooster lets you know when dawn is approaching . Great stop over if hauling horses . Picnic area at top with grill. Arabian horses dot the pastures. Covered bridge on the road and within minutes of wineries, Lake Erie, Historical Ashtabula harbor. Room is small but comfortable without the noise of a hotel. Wifi but no TV .

Our guesthouse sits next to our home on 8 beautifully wooded acres. Enjoy the quiet and the calm while still being located very near dozens of wineries and distilleries, and Spire Academy. We are also near the Grand River which provides nice natural areas for hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and fly fishing. Many of the area guests love taking long country drives (bike or motorcycle rides too) past countless vineyards and over the covered bridges that make the area charming and special.

Pet friendly 2 story cottage with a view of Lake Erie. Located 4 miles from Geneva on the Lake and 4 miles from historic Ashtabula Harbor right on Lake Road. Over 30 wineries within 15 miles. Spend the day touring Lake Erie with Canopy Tours, fishing with DB Sport Fishing Charters, or miniature golf at Adventure Zone. Enjoy the beach or marina by day and explore the wineries or nightlife on the strip. Stroll a few doors over for a memorable meal at the highly rated Alessandro’s.

The Game Cabin at Rustic River

Located on our private, wooded 27 acre estate on the Grand River and centrally located to area wineries, Spire, The Game Cabin is the perfect escape to NE Ohio Wine region. Featuring a pool table, vintage pinball machine, gaming/bumper pool table, and a unique and one-of-a-kind wine barrel bar! The kitchen is newly remodeled in 2024 and now features a full stove, refrigerator, and washer / dryer! Centrally located to area wineries, Spire, and 20 minutes from Geneva on the Lake!

Welcome to Charm 307. She is an early 1900’s farmhouse that has been lovingly updated with still keeping her original charm. We are still making improvements but promise you a very comfortable stay in the heart of the Grand River Valley wine region. This is a great location for your stay in the area!
