The Ground Floor - The heart of the house is an open-concept living area featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. The spacious living room, with its cozy corner sofa, is perfect for evening gatherings. For added convenience, there is also a full bathroom on this floor. The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Apartman Amareta otvoren je za goste vec 9 godina. Stilski uređen apartman koji svake godine nadopunjujemo ili mjenjamo detaljima i sa ponudom. Apartman ce vas osvojiti na prvi pogled , a pogled koji se širi iz boravka , kuhinje i sa terase okrenut je prema moru. Boravak u apartmanu je vrlo ugodan zbog klime ali i pozicije. Apartman je opremljen klimom, ali i grijanjem,pa je zato otvoren 365 dana u godini. Pri dizajniranju apartmana gledali smo da je apartman praktican i stiliziran.

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
