A seven minute walk will bring you to Chittenango Falls Park with it’s majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is backed by the NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line. The historic Village of Cazenovia is four miles away. Hillside has everything you’ll need for a quiet getaway. Good dogs allowed. No cats.

Reservoir Retreat w/Dock + Fire pit near Syracuse

Unwind lakeside with a private dock, fire pit, and panoramic views—just 15 min from Syracuse. This lake house comes complete with amazing views of the Jamesville Reservoir. The upper deck showcases the spectacular sunsets! The lake house has 3 bedrooms (one bdrm is in the basement) along with a futon and leather sofa-bed. There are two full bathrooms. Additionally, there is a sauna for optimal relaxation ***Note: There is a doorbell camera monitoring my front door for safety of our home.

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Step back in time in time as you enter the first-floor George Washington Suite in this 1790 historic home in Baldwinsville, NY. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.
