Jadranovo liegt südlich von Rijeka in Kroatien, ungefähr zehn Kilometer entfernt von Crikvenica. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf einem 300 qm großen, geschlossenen Grundstück mit Blumen, Sträuchern und Bäumen, inmitten eines Waldgebietes. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, 300 Meter vom Strand Havisce entfernt. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück erfolgt über eine, nicht für den Durchgangsverkehr zugelassene, Straße.
